All this translates into a peace of mind that comes by knowing that your investment is well kept by a network of cameras and by a professional staff of guards that are prepared for every contingency.
We want to point out that this is one of the most sophisticated camera systems available on the market (fiber optic cable network, DVR recording system and quality security cameras).
Oceana Towers is a gated complex and has only 2 access points, the front gate and the beach entrance; both of these entrances are monitored by guards and cameras and only authorized people are granted access.
The complex is guarded 24/7 by guards that concentrate in the security room at the main entrance of the place. This a well equipped room, with computers on high speed internet access, monitors, a digital video recording system, and all the guards have radios, so that in case of an emergency or problem they can all act at the same time.
WATER PURIFICATION SYSTEM (DRINKING WATER)
We at the Oceana Towers are proud to have one of the best purification systems on the market, including an ozone water purification system that runs in all the towers and allows you to drink the water right out the faucet - just like in the States.
SECURE AND GATED BEACH AREA
Oceana Towers has a private beach section in which your family and friends can enjoy the sun and outdoor sports, such as volleyball.
MAIL BOXES
Oceana Towers has convenient mailboxes located in front of each of the three towers. Owners will appreciate the convenience of individually locked mailboxes, as well as a slot for outgoing mail.
